PROJECTS

CONSERVATION

Contribution for a fingerling transport trailer for the Marine Development Center  used to transport the fingerling raised at the hatchery to their ultimate destination in the bays of our Texas waters;

 Contribution to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Enforcement Division  for construction of a boat storage and maintenance facility, as well as a contribution for needed equipment.

Contribution to the University of Texas Marine Science Institute in Port Aransas, Texas, to replace outdated lab buildings, including new tanks, pumps, and aeration equipment;

Contribution to the University of Texas Marine Science Institute  for Red Snapper, Ling and Flounder research; Tarpon migration research;

Contribution to the Save Cedar Bayou project.

Contribution to the Marine Development Center  for water-testing equipment.

COMMUNITY

Sponsorship to Casting for Recovery, a retreat for breast cancer patients.

Construction of much needed fish cleaning stations placed at Ingleside, Conn Brown Harbor and Nueces Bay.

Placing of trash cans at various boat ramps, docks and parks to keep these areas attractive and litter free.

Through the Aransas County Navigation District, Rockport Harbor park improvements and educational signage.

Contribution to Friends of the ARK, an animal rescue and rehabilitation center located in Port Aransas, Texas.
